Payment

Prices shown are in UK sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate, where applicable. We do not store credit card details and your credit card transactions are secure. 

Delivery

Delivery of orders in the UK of up to £50 are normally sent by Royal Mail unsigned but with proof of postage and delivery, orders over £50 are normally sent by Royal Mail signed for.   Orders outside the UK are normally by Royal Mail unsigned but with proof of postage, prices for signed for deliveries may be obtained upon request.   We will deliver items ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to take delivery of the goods. Please be aware that we ship from the UK. International Delivery is available. Customers outside the E.U. are responsible for any customs charges set by their own country.

Items are packed safely using as much recyclable material as possible. Occasionally we will reuse packaging material providing it does not damage your ordered items.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to; modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website.

Product Descriptions

Every care has been taken to ensure that the colour, descriptions and measurements are correct when published, all specifications and dimensions are approximate and whilst we have taken every effort to reproduce colour accurately, there may be slight colour variation. Most of our products are made of natural materials and may vary slightly from the products displayed.

Returns and Refunds

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but understand that sometimes you may need to return your purchase. Simply write to us within 14 days of the day you received your item. You must give us written notice by post or email. Any refunds will be refunded via source of payment (excluding any postage costs incurred by RLG Leather). All cancelled items must be returned to us in perfect condition and unused. We are happy to exchange or refund if the product is considered faulty by RLG Leather, you will incur no return postage costs else the above conditions apply.
